INGREDIENTS (6 units)
Ingredients for the beating process:
- 100cl egg whites
- 100gr sugar
Ingredients for preparing the pudding:
- Wafers (“pan de angel”)
- “alfajor” (a typical pastry made of almond, honey and nuts)
- Egg yolk
PREPARATION
Beat the egg whites and, when they are about to emulsify, add sugar gradually. Once this is done, take portions and form cones using an “alfajor” as base, which is in turn placed on a wafer and egg yolk. Bake at maximum temperature and sprinkle icing sugar.
