MOUSSE DE GOFIO
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 can of condensed milk
- 4 spoons of gofio (ground and toasted cereal)
INDICATIONS
We put the egg yolks, the condensed milk and the gofio in a bowl and stir and mix everything until there are no lumps. Then, we add the whipped cream and stir and mix everything again until we have a uniform mixture. Finally we keep it in the fridge for two hours minimum and after that it is ready to be served.
