MOJOS

MOJO PICÓN

Mojo

INGREDIENTS  

  • 1/2 kg tomatoes

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • chilli or hot red paprika

  • 1 glass of olive oil

  • 1 glass of vinegar

  • a pinch of cumin, salt and pepper

INDICATIONS

All ingredients are beaten and mixed together.

MOJO DE CILANTRO

INGREDIENTS 

  • Half a clove of garlic

  • 1 green pepper
  • ¼ glass of vinegar

  • 1 glass of olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of cumin

  • 1 handful of coriander
  • Thick salt (up to your taste)

INDICATIONS

First we peel the cloves of garlic, place them in the blender along with the pepper, the coriander, the thick salt and the vinegar. Everything is mixed together.

 MOJO PALMERO

INGREDIENTS

  • Dried red pepper
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Cumin
  • Vinegar and thick salt

INDICATIONS

The peeled garlic, the vinegar, the cumin, the thick salt and the dried red pepper are placed together in the blender. After everything is mixed up we add olive oil to serve it.
