INGREDIENTS

  • 40g sugar
  • 100g mineral water
  • 250g toasted almonds ground or peeled
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 125ml sweet wine
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 130g muscatel wine
  • 3 spoons of milk

INDICATIONS

First we boil the water with the sugar in a caulder for 5 minutes until it turns into a light syrup. Secondly, we add the almonds y leave it all on low heat for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes, we remove the caulder from heat and add the egg yolks mixed with the milk, the muscatel wine, the lemon zest and the cinnamon. Then, we stir the mixture and leave it on low heat for 5 minutes until it gets thicker. Past these 5 minutes we remove the caulder from heat and the mixture is put into different containers, leaving it to chill. Once it is chilled, it is ready to be served with a few sprinkles of cinnamon or whatever we like.
