Michirones

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg of dry beans
  • 1 ham bone
  • 3 or 4 sausages
  • 8 bay leaves
  • 2 or 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 kg of bacon
  • 3 chili peppers
  • 1 tablespoon paprika and salt.

PREPARATION

- Soak the beans 48 hours earlier

- Simmer the beans for 15 minutes in the pressure cooker, along with the bones, chili peppers and bay leaves for flavor

- Uncover and add the remaining ingredients: the sliced sausages, bacon, garlic, pepper, paprika and salt. 

- Simmer until all ingredients are tender.
