LEAN MEAT IN TOMATO SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 kg lean pork / veal meat cut into cubes
PREPARATION
- First fry the spiced meat in a little oil until brown then remove and keep hot.
- Fry the onion and pepper in the same pan and oil, then add the meat and white wine and let it simmer for ten to twelve minutes.
- Then pour the tomato and sugar, reduce heat and let simmer a few minutes longer and then remove.
- May be served hot or cold
