MIGAS MURCIANAS

Migas

INGREDIENTS

  • 3  Vasos de harina.
  • 200 gr de salchicha.
  • 200 gr de longaniza.
  • 200 gr de panceta fresca.
  • 4  Dientes de ajo.
  • 1 Huevo.
  • 3 Pimientos Italianos.
  • 3 Vasos de agua, sal y aceite de oliva.

PREPARATION

Fry the garlic in a pan until brown.

Fry all the other ingredients cut into pieces, peppers first and then the rest.

While everything gets fried, mix some flour with warm water and egg and knead everything in a bowl with a handful of salt and put it in the same frying pan with the oil used for frying once this is done

Remove the dough and let it fall apart into little pieces while you do so

The resulting loose pieces of dough get mixed with the rest of the ingredients once cooked.

This recipe can be complemented with many things: chocolate, olives, onions, sardines and pomegranate.
