TORTA REAL

INGREDIENTS
- 250g ground almond
- 175g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 lemon zest
- 2 eggs' whites
- Icing sugar
INDICATIONS
- First, we turn on the oven at 180ºC.
- In a bowl, we beat the eggs with the sugar, the ground almonds and the lemon zest.
- We mix all the ingredients until we get a uniform mixture.
- Now, we get jelly moulds and grease them with olive oil and sprinkle a little flour and put the mixture in. We should not fill the jelly moulds to the top.
- Next, we put the jelly moulds in the oven for 45 minutes; then, we take them out and let them chill for a while.
- Afterwards, we unmould the sugary mixture that we made with the egg whites and the icing sugar.
- Finally, we leave it chill until it gets solid and we serve it.
