- 1 piece of pig's head
- 1 pig's ear
- 1 onion
- 1 pig's backbone
- 150g bacon
- 1 morcilla (black pudding/blood sausage)
- 1 clove of garlic
INDICATIONS
First, we put the dried beans to soak on the eve of the day of preparation. Once we have all the ingredients ready, we put all the ingredients in a pot with cold water covering all them.
