MIGAS MURCIANAS
INGREDIENTS: (PARA 4 COMENSALES)
- 3 Vasos de harina.
- 200 gr de salchicha.
- 200 gr de longaniza.
- 200 gr de panceta fresca.
- 4 Dientes de ajo.
- 1 Huevo.
- 3 Pimientos Italianos.
- 3 Vasos de agua, sal y aceite de oliva.
PREPARATION:
- Fry the garlic in a pan until brown.
- Fry all the other ingredients cut into pieces, peppers first and then the rest.
- While everything gets fried, mix some flour with warm water and egg and knead everything in a bowl with a handful of salt and put it in the same frying pan with the oil used for frying once this is done
- Remove the dough and let it fall apart into little pieces while you do so
- The resulting loose pieces of dough get mixed with the rest of the ingredients once cooked.
- This recipe can be complemented with many things: chocolate, olives, onions, sardines and pomegranate.
