INDICATIONS
First we will strain the oily tuna and boil the eggs in a small pot with water for 15 minutes. We wash, drain and chop the lettuce for four salad bowls. Now we cut the onion into thin strips and the hard-boiled eggs into thicker segments.Then, we put the onion along with the eggs, the tuna and the olives with the lettuce, and beat the vinegar con salt adding the olive oil little by little without stopping beating. Finally we add the green and black olives, dress the salad and serve it.
