INDICATIONS
First we put the flour in a deep bowl and the water in a small pot with salt waiting for it to boil. While the water is boiling, we add all the flour and stir quickly until we get thick dough. We wait for a couple of minutes and fill the piping bag with the dough while the olive oil is heated.
Using the piping bag or the pastry bag, we fry “churros” until they are golden. If you like, you may give them the shape that you want on a board before frying them. It is very important that the olive oil does not chill.
Finally, when they are fried, we can serve them on a tray and sprinkle as much sugar as we like.
