PÀ AMB TOMÀQUET I PERNIL

INGREDIENTS (FOR 6 PEOPLE)

  • A largo loaf of rye bread
  • Ripe, round and small tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Serrano ham (Spanish dry-cured ham)

INDICATIONS

- First, we cut the bread into slices, not too thin, not too thick. It is better if the crust is crunchy and the doughy part soft.

- Now, we cut the tomatoes in half and rub them against the bread, so that the tomato juice is absorbed. We can rub the rub tomato on one side of the slice or on both. 

- We add some salt and quite a bit of olive oil on one side of the slices.

- Finally, we place Serrano ham strips on the slice, with the same size more or less.
