INGREDIENTS (FOR 4 PEOPLE)
- 1 litre of cow milk
- 10g rennet powder
- 1 honey jar (any kind is fine)
INDICATIONS
- First, dilute the rennet powder in water.
- Secondly, we put the cow milk in a saucepan until it is boiling.
- Then, we take four spoonsful of rennet powder and mix them with the milk.
- Now, we strain the milk on a pan or container, leaving the cheese in the strainer.
- Next, we put the milk in a baked clay bowl or cups and keep it in the fridge until we are going to have it.
- Finally, when serving it, we add as much honey as we like.
