INGREDIENTS (FOR 6 PEOPLE)

  • 1 and 1/2 chicken
  • 16 prawns
  • 3 big onions
  • 1/2kg tomato sauce
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 leek
  • 1 small spoonful of sweet paprika
  • Olive oil
  • 12 toasted almonds
  • Parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 litre of fish stock
  • A spoonful of moonshine or a glass of wine
  • A big spoonful of brandy

INDICATIONS

- First, we put all the seafood together on a frying pan to stir-fry it all with olive oil very hot. After that, we put the seafood on a platter apart for later.

- We put some salt and pepper on the chicken and brown it with the same olive oil. Then, we place it in a casserole where we will cook all the ingredients together later.

- Now, we lightly fry the onions with the garlic. When they start to get brown, we add the paprika and leave it for a minute (we don't want it to burn) and then we add the tomato sauce.

- Once that sauté is ready, we add it to the casserole with the chicken, the almonds crushed or ground, the fish stock and the glass of wine, leaving it all on low heat for 45 minutes.

- After that time, we add the seafood to the casserole and we flame it with brandy (a big spoonful of brandy on heat and when it is hot we flame it and then we flame it. Once it burns, we scatter it in the casserole).

- Finally, we let it cook all together for 10 more minutes and it should be ready to serve then.
