INGREDIENTS (FOR 6 PEOPLE)
- 300g cod in flakes, desalted
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 onion
- 2 boiled eggs
- Olives
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
INDICATIONS
- First, we need the cod, which we can buy already in flakes and desalted at any fish place or at a supermaket.
- Once we have the rod desalted, we squeeze it with our hands to remove the water that it has and we dry it even more with kitchen towel, putting it on the big plate where it will be served.
- Now, we need to mix the onion chopped very finely with the tomatoes grated, the salt, the garlic crushed and the tuna.
- Finally, we mix all of that with the rod on the plate, adding the dressing of quite a bit of olive oil and decorating it with olive oils and the hard-boiled eggs cut into pieces.
