INGREDIENTS (FOR 4 PEOPLE)
- 1 litre of cow milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 spoonful of cornflour
- Cinnamon sticks
- Lemon zest
INDICATIONS
- First, we heat milk mixed with cinnamon and the lemon zest in a saucepan.
- Secondly, we beat the egg yolks with sugar and cornflour in a bowl.
- Next, we pour the milk in the bowl with the egg yolks, beating and mixing it all.
- Now, we put the mixture on low heat until it gets thicker.
- Finally, we put the mixture in different clay pots and leave it chill, spreading a layer of sugar on top toasted with fire or a hot tool. The final result is that the upper layer of sugar is toasted and crunchy.
