INGREDIENTS
- All kind of whitefish (monkfish, catfish, forkbeards, etc.)
- Mussels, clams and shrimp
INDICATIONS
- First, we wash, scale and fillet the sardines very thinly.
- Secondly, we put the fish heads, the mussels, the clams and the shrimp all together to boil in water in a pot with the pepper, the tomato, the garlic, the onions (chopped into small pieces) and the salt.
- Once everything is cooked, we strain the broth and put it apart to be added to the noodles later.
- Next, we make a sauce of onion with olive oil, adding the noodles, the mussel meat and the clams, the shrimp peeled and the saffron.
- Now, we stir-fry everything together and, when it is all lightly fried, we add the broth that we obtained previously.
- Finally, we leave everything together boiling until the noodles are ready to eat.
