INGREDIENTS
- 275g rice
- A large-sized lobster
- 2 small crabs
- Cloves of garlic (to your liking)
- 1 big onion
- Olive oil
- Thick salt
INDICATIONS
- First of all, we need to get a good lobster, so it is recommended to go to fish market or a fish store that you like. Be careful at supermarkets because sometimes the fish is not completely fresh and the quality is the same. Also, we need to get two small crabs. - At any fish market or store you can ask for the small crabs cut into pieces. When we have them, we put them in water in a big saucepan (it will be better if it is made of earthenware) with several spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil. For this kind of recipes it is very important to use the best quality of olive oil as possible, because it will make a difference in the final result. - Now, we peel two cloves of garlic, but we should not cut it into pieces, peel and chop the onion very thinly and put everything in the saucepan along with the small crabs. Then, we fry gently the onion and the garlic on low-medium heat until they get brown. - When the small crabs, the onion and the garlic are lightly fried, we cover them with quite a bit of water and season them. Finally, we let it all boil on the same heat for around 18-22 minutes.
