INGREDIENTS

  • Codfish (soaked for 1 day before preparing this recipe)

  • 2 red peppers

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 chilli pepper

  • 1 loaf of stale bread (doughy part)

  • Crude olive oil

  • Cumin

INDICATIONS

- First, we put the red peppers to boil and, once they are tender, we remove the stalk part and the seeds.

- Secondly, we put the garlic and a handful of cumin in a mortar and crush them and then we mix them with a mixer along with the red pepper and the chilli pepper.

- In the same water that we used to boil the red peppers, we boil the codfish, but only for a little while avoiding that it falls apart.

- Now, we take the codfish out of the pot and flake it apart on a platter, adding the doughy part of the stale bread previously soaked a little bit with water.

- Next, we add the rest of the ingredients that we mixed and the olive oil, which should cover all the fish.

- Finally, we can stir and eat it.
